Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating accounts.

Designers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings and descriptions.

Users must not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities on the platform.

Content uploaded must not infringe on intellectual property rights of others.

MÍRÀ AFRICA charges a commission on successful transactions processed through the platform.

Payment processing fees may apply and will be clearly disclosed before transactions.

Refunds and returns are subject to individual designer policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

Users retain ownership of their original content and designs uploaded to the platform.

By using MÍRÀ AFRICA, users grant us a license to display and promote their content on the platform.

Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others and report any infringement.

MÍRÀ AFRICA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and reserve the right to modify features.
